7-Day Free Trial FAQ

Why do I see a USD 1 temporary pre-authorization?

To verify your payment method, Evoto places a temporary pre-authorization of USD 1. It is automatically released immediately after verification and does not result in an actual charge. Once verification is complete, you can start the 7-day free trial.

What happens after the 7-day free trial ends?

If you do not cancel the free trial within 7 days, you will be automatically charged the annual subscription fee for the plan associated with your free trial.

To cancel, go to My Account > My Billing and Usage > Your Subscription > Cancel Your Subscription.

What if I use all free trial credits before the 7 days are over?

If you exhaust your free trial credits before the end of the 7-day period, you can purchase the full subscription package to access additional credits immediately.

Can I get a refund if I cancel after the free trial period?

No. If cancellation happens after the 7-day free trial period, payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active for the full one-year term.

How long are free trial credits valid?

Free trial credits are valid for a maximum of 7 days or until you cancel the 7-day free trial event, whichever comes first.
