Yes. Evoto offers a Top-Up Pack that allows you to purchase additional credits without changing your current subscription plan.
Top-Up Packs are available at a lower rate than Pay‑as‑You‑Go packages and are priced based on your existing annual subscription tier.
What Is a Top-Up Pack?
A Top-Up Pack is an add-on credit package available for annual subscription plans. It allows you to purchase additional credits without upgrading your current subscription.
Top-Up Packs are typically priced at the same per-credit rate as your existing annual subscription plan, offering a cost-effective way to extend your credit usage.
How Is the Price for the Top-Up Pack Determined?
The Top-Up Pack price is based on your current annual subscription plan. Each subscription tier has a corresponding per-credit rate, and your Top-Up Pack will reflect that rate.

How Often Can I Purchase a Top-Up Pack?
There is no limit to how many times you can purchase a Top-Up Pack during your annual subscription period.
You can buy additional credits as often as needed, based on your usage.
Can I Downgrade My Subscription Plan at Any Time?
Yes, you can request to downgrade your subscription at any time. However, the downgrade will only take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What Happens When You Downgrade?

Your current annual plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

You won’t be billed immediately for the downgraded plan.

The new plan will activate and be charged once your current subscription expires.

🔍 If you are on the Basic Plus plan (3,600 credits/year), your rollover limit is 18,000 credits.
When you downgrade to the Starter plan (800 credits/year), your new rollover limit becomes 4,000 credits. The following will apply:
👉 No immediate charges will be made at the time of the downgrade request.
👉 No credits will be deducted, and all currently available credits will remain in your account.
👉 Your billing date will remain unchanged (e.g., April 1, 2026). On that date, you will be charged for the Starter Plan, and 800 new credits will be added to your account.
👉 Any remaining credits from the previous subscription (e.g., 200 credits) will be converted into rollover credits under the new plan.
👉 If you have 5,000 rollover credits at the time of downgrade, you will be able to retain up to 4,000 credits, in line with the Starter Plan’s rollover limit. The excess 1,000 credits will be forfeited.
How Can I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

Please note: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, any remaining credits will be invalidated and cannot be used.
Will I Receive a Refund If I Cancel My Subscription Mid-Year?
No. Refunds are not typically provided for mid-year or early cancellations.
However, you will retain access to your account and can continue using your remaining credits until the end of your current subscription period.
How Often Am I Billed for the Annual Subscription Plan?
You are billed once per year, on the anniversary date of your original subscription purchase.
What Happens If I Don’t Renew My Subscription on Time?
If you don’t renew your subscription by the end of the 30-day grace period,
all remaining credits, including rollover credits, will expire and be permanently invalidated.
Can I Cancel Automatic Payments for My Annual Subscription?
Yes. You can cancel automatic payments at any time through your Account Settings.
Necessary disclosure:
1. Evoto offers a 30-day grace period after your subscription ends.
2. If you renew within the grace period, your plan will continue for another year and any rollover credits will remain active.
3. If you do not renew within 30 days, all remaining credits will expire and be permanently lost.
4. If you restart your subscription after the grace period, it will be treated as a new subscription, and previous credits will not carry over.
Will I Receive a Notification Before My Annual Subscription Renews?
Yes. Evoto will send you a renewal reminder before your annual subscription is set to renew, giving you time to review, update, or cancel your plan if needed.
