How can I download my invoice after making a purchase?

  1. Sign in to the Evoto website.

 

  1. Go to My AccountMy Billing and Usage → Invoices

  2. Scroll through your purchase history to find the desired invoice.

  1. Click the download icon next to the invoice you want to save.


How can I edit the information shown on the invoice?

To edit your invoice information:

  1. Sign in to your Evoto account.

  2. Go to My AccountBilling & UsageInvoices.

  3. Click “Edit Information.”

You will be able to update the following details on your invoice:

What should I do if I can’t find my invoice?

How to Add a VAT Number When Purchasing Credits?

To add a VAT number during your purchase:

1. Enter your billing country and ZIP code on the checkout page, then click Continue to proceed to the payment page.

2. On the payment page, click “Add VAT Number.”

3. Enter your VAT number and complete the required fields.

Once added, your VAT discount will appear on the right side of the payment summary.


Can I edit or update my VAT number after purchase?

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to edit the VAT number after the purchase.


What happens if I forget to add my VAT number during checkout?
