Facial Expression
Gummy Smile
Control the amount of gum exposure by adjusting the upper lip position. This is useful for reducing the appearance of a “gummy smile” or minimizing protruding teeth.
- The left and right sides of the upper lip can be adjusted independently for more precise correction.
Gentle Smile
Enhance the corners of the mouth to introduce a subtle smile.
- This effect focuses only on mouth shape and does not influence other facial features.
Smile Generation
Toothy
Generate a natural-looking smile that adapts to the face in real time.
- Offers five levels of intensity, ranging from a slight smile to a full laugh.
- Focuses on the mouth area and adjusts the corners to create expressive variations.
Neutral (Smile Reversal)
For scenarios like identification photos (such as baby ID photos) and high-end portraits, the Neutral option provides the ability to adjust smiles to neutral expressions or closed-mouth states. This helps users with protruding mouths or unattractive teeth naturally close their mouths in photos.
- Three intensity levels are provided (0-3), with the default set to level 3.
- Level 1: Open mouth situation – intermediate state.
- Level 2: Closed mouth, mouth corner slightly lower – more constrained expression.
- Level 3: Closed mouth, eyes open, apple cheek more pronounced – most serious expression.
- Select “None” to clear all smile generation effects.
Note: This feature will auto-disable when pouting, overly open mouth, strange expression, large side profile, or severely obstructed mouth is detected. Manual Tuning Pen is supported on iPad to fix areas affected incorrectly.
