The Menu & Support section in Evoto Mobile provides access to your account information, app settings, and support resources. This guide covers all the features available in this section to help you manage your Evoto experience.
Language Support
Evoto Mobile supports 12 languages, including the newly added Brazilian Portuguese. To change your app language:
- Go to Settings
- Select Language
- Choose your preferred language from the list
Account Information
View and manage your Evoto account details directly within the app. Access your profile to see your registered email, account status, and subscription information.
Sign-In Options
Evoto Mobile supports multiple sign-in methods:
- Email: Sign in with your registered email address
- Google: Quick sign-in with your Google account
- Apple: Sign in with Apple ID (iOS only)
- Kakao: Sign in with Kakao account (available in Korea)
Credit Balance
Check your remaining Credits at any time from your account section. Credits are used when exporting edited photos. Your balance updates in real-time as you use the app.
My Usage Details
Track your photo editing history and credit consumption in My Usage Details. This feature helps you monitor:
- Number of photos exported
- Credits used over time
- Your editing activity history
Beginner’s Guide
New to Evoto? Access the Beginner’s Guide for tutorials and tips to help you get started. The onboarding experience includes:

Delete Account
You can permanently delete your Evoto account directly within the mobile app. To delete your account:
- Go to Personal Center
- Select Delete Account
- Review the account deletion notice
- Confirm by entering your email or verification code
- Complete the final confirmation
Important Notes:
- Active subscribers must cancel their subscription before deleting their account
- All data including presets, usage history, and remaining credits will be permanently removed
- This action is irreversible

When a new version is available, you may see an upgrade prompt when opening the app. The prompt displays:

- Option to update now or later
