PC Settings
For mac 15.0 and above systems, you need to turn on file and folder permissions in privacy permissions -> deletable file permissions
Camera Settings
Turn off the Power saving mode (when the power saving mode is on, the camera will enter sleep mode and disconnect if the camera is not operated for a period of time).
Taking Canon EOS R6 as an example, turn on the Power saving settings, set the Display Off time to the maximum, and select Disable for Auto Power Off.

Eco mode set to Off.

Some cameras, such as the R6 II, R8, and R5 M2, require setting up the USB connection app -> Photo Import/Remote Control.

Some cameras, such as the Canon 5D4, need to be connected to a USB 3.0 or above standard interface on the computer to be able to connect normally. When connected to a USB 2.0 interface, there will be problems such as slow connection, inability to enable real-time preview, and slow image transfer.
Look for the usb3.0 icon, or check the color of the usb interface, it is blue
.
USB-Type C interface on the computer can be used to Tether shooting.
