Why do I see a USD 1 temporary pre-authorization?

To verify your payment method, we will place a temporary pre-authorization of 1 USD. It will be automatically released immediately after verification and will not result in an actual charge. Once verified, you can start the 7-day free trial.

Subscription Activation

If you do not cancel the free trial within 7 days, you will be automatically charged the annual subscription fee corresponding to the plan associated with your free trial.

Credit Usage

Should you exhaust your free trial credits before the end of the 7-day period, you have the option to purchase the full subscription package to access additional credits immediately.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs after the 7-day trial period, payments are non-refundable, and your subscription will remain active for the entirety of the one-year term.

Validity of Free Trial Credits

Free trial credits are valid for 7 days or until the trial is canceled. If you choose to subscribe after the trial, any unused credits will carry over to your official subscription period.
