General Overview

What is the Monthly Subscription?

The Monthly Subscription is a flexible plan, current available plan costs $9.99/month and includes 50 photo editing credits. It allows login on up to two devices simultaneously.

Is it available for where I am?

It’s available in most countries and regions via App Store. Pricing may vary slightly depending on your country. Please refer to the pricing you see in app.

Can I still buy Add-on packs with the Monthly Subscription?

Yes! After subscribing, you’ll see discounted Add-on pack pricing based on the lowest-priced active plan you have. Please visit the pricing page for more detail.

 

Compatibility and Device Limitations

Can I subscribe on both Evoto iPad and Evoto?

No. Subscriptions are platform-specific:

  • If you subscribed via Evoto iPad, you cannot subscribe again on Evoto, but you can still buy Add-on packs there.

 
 
  • If you subscribed via Evoto, you cannot subscribe again on Evoto iPad, and you also cannot buy pay-as-you-go credits on Evoto iPad.


Subscription Management & Upgrade/Downgrade

Can I subscribe to more than one plan on Evoto iPad?

Yes, under certain conditions:

  • If you first purchase the Monthly Plan on Evoto iPad, you can still buy Yearly Plans.

 
  • If you first purchase a Yearly Plan, the Monthly Plan purchase option will be disabled on Evoto iPad.

Will I be charged for multiple subscriptions if I keep them?

Yes. All active subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled.
To help, we show a pop-up reminder if you have more than one active plan, reminding you it is possible to cancel redundant subscriptions.


 


Credit Rollover & Expiration

Will my unused Monthly credits roll over?

Yes! As long as you maintain an active subscription, your unused credits will roll over—up to 5 times the original monthly amount (i.e., max 250 credits for Monthly Plan).

What about credits from other plans I subscribed to previously?

Credits from previous active plans will remain available, provided you maintain at least one ongoing subscription.

Is the 5x rollover cap the same for Monthly and Yearly plans?

Yes. Both Monthly and Yearly plans allow credit rollover up to 5x the plan’s original amount.


Add-on Packs

Can I buy Add-on packs with the Monthly Plan?

Yes, but currently only on Evoto. The iPad version doesn’t support Add-on pack purchases yet.

How is the price of Add-on packs determined?

The system uses the lowest per-credit price among your active plans to calculate Add-on pack rates.


Subscription Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel my Monthly Subscription?

You must cancel it through Apple’s App Store subscription settings if you subscribed on Evoto iPad.
