Unlike the Eyes tools in the Facial Reshape group, the Eyes feature group here focuses on enhancing the appearance and impact of the eyes through lighting effects, glare removal, and visual refinements. These tools emphasize expression and mood rather than structural changes.
Brightness
Enhance the overall luminosity and clarity of the eyes. Each area of the eye can be adjusted together (conjunction adjustment) or independently (separate adjustment for left and right sides).
Sub-features: Enabled once Brightness slider has been adjusted
- Iris – Adjusts the brightness of the iris (Range: 0–100, Default: 80)
- Eyes (Whites) – Adjusts the brightness of the white part (aka sclera) of the eye (Range: 0–100, Default: 80)
- Eye Reflection – Controls the strength of the natural reflection in the eyes (Range: 0–100, Default: 40)
- Iris Flare – Adds brightness to the bottom part of the pupil for extra dimension (Range: 0–100, Default: 0)
Remove Glasses Glare
Automatically removes reflections or glare caused by eyeglasses with a single slider.
- Note: This does not currently work for colored or tinted glasses.
Eye White Enhance
Red Vein Removal
Removes redness and visible blood vessels from the eyes while preserving natural shadows and highlights.
Eye White Cleanse
Removes color bias in the sclera while slightly brightening it for a cleaner and more transparent appearance.
Red Eye Removal
Use this toggle switch in the Eyes section to automatically detect and correct red-eye caused by flash photography.
Eye Symmetry
The Eye Symmetry feature optimizes the symmetry between the left and right eyes for a more balanced and natural appearance.
- Eye Symmetry：Automatically enables Eye Level and Eye Balance, performing intelligent adjustments based on a reference eye.
- Eye Level：Automatically adjusts the horizontal alignment of both eyes.
- Eye Balance: Adjusts the size and proportion of the eyes. By default, the system selects the larger eye as the reference. Users can manually choose the left or right eye as the reference.
Manual Tuning Pen
For greater control, a Manual Tuning Pen allows users to correct over-removal or fine-tune results manually.
Catchlights
Enhance the sparkle and expressiveness of the eyes by adding controlled light reflections (catchlights).
- Includes 12 styles total: 6 for General use and 6 for Indoor environments.
- Use the slider to adjust the intensity.
- Catchlights can be repositioned for optimal placement based on the eye’s position and lighting.
AI Iris Correction
AI Iris Correction improves iris position and gaze direction, helping recover portraits that may otherwise be difficult to deliver because of eye-direction issues.

- Intelligently refines iris position to improve issues such as mild strabismus, excessive upper or lower sclera exposure, or inconsistent eye direction.
- Supports Direct Gaze to guide the subject’s eyes more naturally toward the camera.
- Supports manual refinement of horizontal position, vertical position, and size for each eye.
Notes
- Images with a strong side profile or angles outside the supported range may not be corrected successfully.
- This feature is best used to rescue near-keeper portraits where eye direction is the main issue.
