Once your photos are ready for delivery, they appear in the Shared stage of the workflow or in the Shared section of the project page. From here, you can manage how galleries are shared with guests. Evoto Instant provides two types of sharing links—Global Links and Personal Links—each serving different purposes.

Global Links

A Global Link gives access to all photos in the project gallery. It’s the best option for open sharing when all guests should be able to browse the full event.

• Delivery Methods – Global links can be shared in two ways:
  
  
  • Copy the link and distribute it directly.
    
  • Share via QR code, so guests can scan and access instantly.
    

• Password Protection – Available only in the Web Portal, you can require a password for added security.

• Find Me Support – Guests can use the Find Me feature inside the global gallery to locate their own photos quickly. The system identifies faces and directs them to the correct personal gallery (Note: The ‘Find Me’ feature must be enabled individually for each project in order for viewers to access and use it).
  

Personal Links

A Personal Link contains only the photos belonging to a single guest. Each guest receives one unique link.

• How to Create:
  
  
  • Open the Shared section of your project.
    
  • Go to Interacted.
    
  • Click Add, then select the person based on face-recognition grouping.
    

• Delivery Methods:
  
  
  • SMS – send the personal link directly to a guest’s phone.
    
  • Email – deliver the link to a guest’s inbox.
    
  • QR code – generate a QR code that links only to that guest’s gallery.
    

Refreshing New Photos

To avoid interrupting the guest experience, new photos are added seamlessly to galleries. A red “New” tag appears on the refresh button whenever new content is available. Guests can:

• Tap the refresh button, or
  
  
• Pull down to refresh the gallery view.
  

Sorting and Viewing Options

Guests can browse galleries with flexible controls:

• Sorting – Photos are sorted by capture time. You can switch between ascending and descending order. By default, the newest photos appear at the top.
  
• View Modes – Galleries open in a waterfall flow by default, but guests can switch to a grid (3×3) view if they prefer.
  

Evoto Instant gives you the flexibility to share photos openly with all guests or securely with individuals. Whether using Global Links for event-wide access or Personal Links for private delivery, your guests can enjoy a seamless viewing experience.
