Presets

What are Presets?

Presets are a powerful way to speed up your workflow by applying saved settings to new images with just one click. They bundle together a set of adjustments, such as retouching, color, and AI enhancements, into a reusable format.

If you’re working with large volumes of photos and want consistent, high-quality results, Presets are your ideal tool. They help make editing faster, easier, and more efficient.

Preset Library

Evoto offers three preset libraries to help you stay organized and collaborate more effectively:

  • Recommended
These are official presets created and maintained by the Evoto team. We continuously optimize and update them to reflect the latest features and editing trends.
  • My Presets
This is your personal preset library. You can save your favorite settings here and also import presets from other users by using a Preset Token.

Using a Preset

You’ll find Presets in the editing page. Simply tap on a preset to apply it to the image you’re editing.

Creating a New Preset

  1. After finishing your edits, tap Save Preset above the Feature Area.
  2. Enter a name for your preset.
  3. Assign it to a preset group.
  4. Select the checkmark to save.

Managing Presets

Evoto Mobile introduces enhanced preset management features for better organization.

Preset Groups

Create Preset Groups to keep your workspace tidy and efficient. These groups allow you to organize different types of presets by style, project, or purpose.

To create a new group:

  1. Tap the + (Plus) button in the upper right corner of the Preset section.
  2. Select Create New Group.
  3. Name your group, then either drag existing presets into it or save new presets directly into the group during creation.

Preset Actions

Long-press on any preset to access management options:

  • Share Preset: Create a shareable token for easy transfer to other accounts
  • Rename: Edit the name of the preset
  • Delete: Permanently remove the preset

Importing Presets

Tap the + (Plus) icon in the Floating Widget to open the Import Preset menu.

You can import:

  • Evoto Preset Tokens: Provided by other users for instant sharing

Preset Sharing

Once a Preset Token is generated, it remains valid even if the original preset is deleted or updated. The token continues to point to the saved version of the preset, ensuring consistent results for anyone who uses it.

Hot Edits

Evoto Mobile includes curated Hot Edits on the home page to help you get started quickly with popular one-tap styles and feature-focused editing entry points.

  • Hot Edits can open a recommended preset or guide you directly to a related editing workflow.
  • These featured entries are updated to highlight practical styles such as skin cleanup, makeup enhancement, clothing polish, and AI color looks.

Portrait Presets

Evoto Mobile now includes official Portrait Presets designed to speed up portrait retouching. These presets apply polished portrait looks in one tap and can be used as a starting point before you fine-tune details manually.

Available official styles include Natural, Silk, Flawless, Energized, and Sculpted.

Preset Intensity Slider

After applying a preset, Evoto Mobile can display a Preset Intensity Slider so you can reduce or strengthen the preset effect without rebuilding the look from scratch.

  • Color Slider: Adjusts the intensity of the preset’s color effect.
  • Portrait Slider: Adjusts the strength of portrait retouching inside the preset.
  • This makes presets more flexible and helps you adapt one-tap styles to different photos and personal preferences.

Hot Preset Category

The Preset module includes a Hot category, making it easier to find curated, high-performing styles without browsing every preset group.

  • Entry: Edit Page > Preset > Hot.
  • Hot presets are curated content and may change through service-side updates.
  • After applying a Hot preset, you can continue fine-tuning the image as usual.
