Workflow Templates

Workflow turns a repeated import, culling, editing, export, and delivery sequence into a reusable process. Use it when you handle similar batches regularly and want to reduce repeated setup.

Where to Find Workflow

Open Home > Workflow or open the Workflow page directly.

Create a Workflow

  1. Choose an official template from Recommend Workflow, or select Build Workflow to create a custom process.
  2. Choose the required steps: Import, Cull, Apply Effect, Export, and Deliver.
  3. Configure the source, presets, output, and delivery settings, then save the Workflow.

Official templates are available for wedding, portrait, headshot, school, family, baby, fashion, and general workflows.

Run a Workflow

A run follows the sequence Import → Cull (optional) → Apply Effect (optional) → Export → Deliver (optional). Each run keeps its own source, output location, progress, and status, while the saved recipe remains reusable.

My Workflow entries can be run, edited, renamed, copied, or deleted.

Import and Export

Import from a Local Folder, Evoto Project, or Lightroom Classic. Export to the Desktop, a specific folder, the original folder, or the current Lightroom Classic catalog when the LrC plugin is connected. Deliver can be used for Evoto Instant galleries or slideshows.

For Lightroom Classic import, install the plugin from File > Plugin in Lightroom Classic and keep Lightroom open while the catalog is being read.
