How to use it?

Step 1: Open the Color Adjustments Panel

• Navigate to the AI Color Match panel.

• Click the icon to upload a reference image into the AI Color Matching workspace.

• Alternatively, you can choose the current preview image as the reference.

• You can see all the color looks you uploaded or created in My Looks.

Step 2: Apply the Reference Colors

• After applying the reference, the original image will analyze the reference colors.

• Using intelligent semantic technology, specific areas like clothing and hair will automatically match their respective counterparts in the reference image.

• You can switch between different reference images to adjust the colors of other target photos accordingly.

Step 3: Adjust the Color Matching

• Once the AI color match is applied, click on the reference image to view details or double-click to enter the fine-tuning page.

• Adjust the color match either for the entire image or specific areas:

  • Full Image Adjustment: Modify the amount, tone, or color sliders for overall color effects.

  • Local Adjustment: Select a specific mask (multiple masks supported) and adjust the tone or color matching intensity for that area.

Step 4: Batch Sync or Save as a Preset

• To batch apply the color match:

  • Copy the effect using Control C/Command C, then select the target photos and paste the effect.

  • Ensure the AI Color Adjustments option is enabled; otherwise, the batch effect won’t apply.

• To save as a preset:

  • Apply AI Color Match to the current image to automatically adjust the color tones and match the overall style.

  • Make any additional adjustments as needed, such as overlay color adjustments and portrait effects.

  • Once you’re satisfied with the edits, click “Save Preset” to save your customized settings as a preset. Make sure the AI ​​Color Adjustment option is selected.

Tips for Best Results

• Choose reference images with similar scenes or styles to the target photos for more accurate matching.

• You can also use a retouched target photo as a reference for consistent results when batch syncing.

Note

• When applying AI Color Match, all previous color adjustments will be cleared, and slider parameters will reset. The algorithm automatically adjusts the image to match the reference.

• You can undo changes to restore previous effects.

• Further adjustments can still be made after applying AI Color Match for enhanced results.

• If you prefer using other software for color adjustments, you can import .XMP or .CUBE files into Evoto to customize your color adjustments. Once you’ve completed, you can select the preview of the this image as the reference for color matching.
