This guide provides comprehensive instructions on how to access and manage your Evoto account settings, including personal information, security features, notification preferences, and logged-in devices.

How do I access my account settings?

You can access your account settings conveniently through both the Evoto desktop/iPad app and the Evoto official website.

Within the Evoto App

  1. Log in to the app.

  2. Click your avatar (usually the initial of your name) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.

Editable Information:

  • Name

  • Phone number

  • Password

  • Linked third-party accounts (if applicable)

On the Evoto Official Website

  1. Visit evoto.ai and log in.

  2. Click your avatar (usually the initial of your name) in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Account from the dropdown menu.

Editable Information:

  • Name

  • Company name

  • Email notification preferences

  • Language and time zone settings


How do I change my password?

You can update your password through the app or on the official website.

In the Evoto App:

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings.
  2. Under the Basic Information section, click Change Password.
  3. A verification code will be sent to your registered email or phone.
  4. Enter the code, then set and confirm your new password.

On the Evoto Website:

  1. Go to My Account, then open the Security Center.
  2. Enter your current password.
  3. Create a new password using a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
  4. Save your changes.

How do I change my email address?

You can update the email address associated with your Evoto account via the official website.

  1. Log in to the Evoto website.
  2. Click your avatar and select My Account, then go to the Security Center.
  3. Click Change Email.
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your current email or phone number.
  5. Input your new email address.

Note: The new email address must not already be registered to another Evoto account. If it is, you’ll need to delete that account first.


What security features are available?

Evoto offers various security features to help protect your account:

  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): If supported, enable 2FA using an authentication app for enhanced protection.
  • Password Strength Indicators: Follow on-screen prompts to create secure passwords.
  • Activity Reviews: Periodically review login history and update your password if you notice any anomalies.

What notification and privacy settings are available?

You have control over the communications you receive and certain aspects of your data.

Notification Settings:

  • Customize which alerts you receive, including:
    • Product updates
    • Marketing promotions
    • Account activity
    • Community messages

Privacy Settings:

  • Control visibility of your profile and activity.
  • Manage data sharing preferences for community and feedback features.

How do I manage my logged-in devices?

Your active plan determines the number of devices that can be logged in at the same time.

To manage your devices:

  1. Go to the Device section in your account.
  2. View a list of currently signed-in devices.
  3. Click Remove next to any device to sign it out.
  4. You can log in again on that device as needed.

When my images are uploaded to the cloud, where is my data stored?

Most Evoto features require images to be uploaded to our cloud servers for analysis and processing. However, your data is not stored – all images are deleted immediately once processing is complete. Only the following features require storage (with your prior consent): 1.Cloud Sync & Cloud Storage: Cloud Processing Yes; Cloud Storage Yes;2.AI Color Match: Cloud Processing Yes; Cloud Storage Yes;3.Cropping (ID Photo & AI Horizontal Correction): Cloud Processing Yes; Cloud Storage No;4.Background Replacement: Cloud Processing Yes; Cloud Storage No;5.Portrait Retouching: Cloud Processing Yes; Cloud Storage No;6.Software Usage (Beta): Cloud Processing Yes (optional); Cloud Storage No;Server Location: Oregon, United States

Will Evoto use my images for AI training?

No. Evoto will never use your images for AI training unless you explicitly consent. All model training data comes from legally authorized sources: 1.Licensed Content: Material purchased and legally licensed from compliant third-party vendors; 2.Original Photography: Photos taken by professional photographers and models hired by Evoto, with full and exclusive copyrights. Your privacy and control over your content are extremely important to us.
