How Do I Sign Up for an Account?
You can easily register for a new Evoto account directly through the Evoto app or via our official website.
Signing Up via the Evoto App
- Download and install the Evoto app from your device’s app store.
- Open the app and locate the Sign Up option from the login screen.
- Enter your email address or phone number to create your account.
- Click Sign Up.
- Enter the verification code that is sent to your registered email or phone number.
- Click Log In to complete the registration process and access your account.
Signing Up via the Evoto Website
- Go to the official Evoto website at evoto.ai.
- Click Sign In (usually found in the top right corner).
- You can either enter your email address and proceed, or select Continue with Google/Facebook for a quicker registration.
- Follow the confirmation steps sent to your email address (if registering with email) to activate your account.

Troubleshooting: Didn’t Receive the Confirmation Email?
If you’ve completed the signup process but haven’t received your confirmation email, please try the following steps:
1. Check Spam or Junk Folders
Often, confirmation emails can be mistakenly filtered into spam or junk folders. Please check these folders for emails from any of the following senders:
- noreply@mail.evoto.ai
- noreply@mail1.evoto.ai
- noreply@mail2.evoto.ai
- noreply@mail3.evoto.ai
If found, mark the email as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk” to ensure future communications are delivered to your inbox.
2. Add Us to Your Whitelist (Safe Sender List)
To prevent future delivery issues and ensure Evoto emails always reach your inbox, add the addresses above to your contacts or whitelist/safe sender list. Instructions for common email providers are below:
Gmail
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → See all settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses.
- Click Create a new filter.
- In the “From” field, enter all Evoto noreply addresses, separated by commas (e.g., noreply@mail.evoto.ai, noreply@mail1.evoto.ai, …).
- Click Create filter.
- Check the box for “Never send it to Spam” and finalize the filter.
Outlook / Hotmail
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Junk email.
- Under Safe senders and domains, click + Add and enter each of the Evoto noreply addresses listed above individually.
- Click Save.
Yahoo Mail
- Go to Settings (gear icon) → More Settings → Filters.
- Click Add new filters.
- Set rules to move emails from the listed Evoto senders to your Inbox (e.g., set “From” to contains evoto.ai and move to “Inbox”).
- Click Save.

How do I log out of my Evoto account?
To log out of your Evoto account:
