What is the pricing model for Evoto on iPad?
All features in the Evoto iPad app are free to use. Credits are only required when exporting edited images – each export consumes one credit.

Are credits shared between the iPad and PC versions?
Yes. Credits are shared across both platforms. You can purchase a plan on either platform and use it interchangeably on iPad or PC.

Is pricing the same on iPad and PC?
Yes, the available plans are the same. However, there may be slight pricing differences due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Tethered Shooting Questions

Is there an extra fee to use tethered shooting?
No. All Evoto iPad features are free to use, including tethered shooting. Charges only apply when exporting images.

What tethered shooting modes are supported on iPad?
Two modes are supported:

Which camera brands and models are supported?
Evoto iPad supports a wide range of mainstream camera brands:

Will wireless tethering via mobile hotspot consume mobile data?
No. All image transfers are done over the internal network and do not consume mobile data.

Are tethered shooting images saved to the iPad’s storage?
No. Images captured via tethered shooting are stored only within the Evoto iPad app. If needed, you can export the original files from the app or retrieve them from the camera’s SD card.

Presets Questions

Can presets saved on the PC be used normally on the iPad?
Most presets can be used normally. Not only that, but presets saved on the iPad can also be used on the PC. However, due to some functional differences between the PC and iPad versions, if a preset contains features not supported on the iPad, the effect may vary.

Effects Questions

What retouching features can I currently use on Evoto iPad?
You can use tools such as portrait beautification, background adjustment, clothing enhancement, cropping, liquify, and healing brush. If you have any unmet needs, please let us know, and we will arrange it as soon as possible.

Can I perform batch editing on Evoto iPad?
Yes. This is one of the advantages of Evoto iPad. You only need to retouch one image, and the same effects can be synchronized to all other images, greatly improving your editing efficiency.
