What’s the difference between monthly and yearly subscriptions?
Evoto mobile offers both monthly and yearly subscription options. You can view detailed information on the payment page.
Monthly Subscription
- Billing cycle: Every 30 days
- Credits: 60 Credits
- Best for short-term or temporary needs
Yearly Subscription
- Billing cycle: Every 365 days
- Credits: 800 Credits (including bonus)
- Unit price saves approximately 38% compared to monthly
- Best for long-term stable usage
What are Credits? How do I use them?
- Credits are Evoto’s photo processing quota
- Usage rule: Exporting one edited photo consumes 1 Credit
- Cross-device usage: Credits can be used across all Evoto software and devices, including Evoto Desktop, iPad, iPhone, Android, etc.
- Free editing: All editing and preview features are free; Credits are only deducted upon export
How do I confirm my subscription is active after purchase?
After successful purchase:
- You’ll receive a confirmation email
- Credits will immediately appear in your profile page
- The pricing page will show “Current Plan” indicator
Add-on Packages
What are Add-on Packages?
Add-on Packages provide subscribed users with additional Credits. When you’ve used up your subscription Credits during the validity period, you can purchase Add-on Packages for extra quota without waiting for the next billing cycle.
Add-on Package Details:
- Fixed quantity: Each Add-on Package contains 60 Credits
- Pricing: Calculated based on your current yearly subscription unit price
- Purchase requirement: Only visible and available to subscribed users
- Purchase limit: Unlimited, can be purchased repeatedly
What are the limitations of Add-on Packages?
- Validity: Add-on Package validity matches your current subscription period; they expire when your subscription ends
- Roll Over Rules:
- Add-on Package Credits are included in roll over calculations
- Unused Add-on Credits automatically roll over to the next subscription period
- Roll over limit: Rolled over Credits cannot exceed 5 times your current subscription tier Credits
- Upgrade handling: When you upgrade your subscription, Add-on Package validity automatically extends to match your new subscription period
Upgrades and Downgrades
Can I upgrade from monthly to yearly subscription?
Yes. Monthly subscribers can upgrade to yearly at any time:
- Upon upgrade, your monthly subscription will be automatically canceled
- Remaining Credits from monthly subscription will be forfeited
- You’ll immediately receive yearly subscription Credits
Can I downgrade from yearly to monthly subscription?
Not during the validity period. You can only choose to purchase a monthly subscription after your yearly subscription ends.
Renewal and Cancellation
Is the subscription auto-renewing?
Yes. All subscriptions have auto-renewal enabled by default:
- Monthly subscription: Auto-renews every 30 days
- Yearly subscription: Auto-renews every 365 days
How do I cancel auto-renewal?
- iOS: Go to “Settings” → “Apple ID” → “Subscriptions” → Select Evoto → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Go to Google Play → “Subscriptions” → Select Evoto → Cancel Subscription
Can I still use Evoto after canceling auto-renewal?
Yes. After canceling auto-renewal:
- You can continue using remaining Credits until expiration
- After expiration, remaining Credits will become invalid
- Re-subscribing within 30 days can restore expired Credits
Cross-Platform Usage
How are Credits shared between different devices and platforms?
Credits can be shared across devices:
- Credits can be used on all Evoto-supported devices and software, including PC, Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android
- Subscription status will sync across devices
Troubleshooting
What should I do if payment fails?
Common solutions:
- Check network connection: Ensure stable internet connection
- Check payment method: Confirm your App Store/Google Play account balance or linked payment method is valid
- Retry purchase: Try again later

What does “Multiple Subscription Plan Existed” mean?
This indicates you have multiple active subscription plans. Please:
- Click “Manage” to go to system subscription management page
- Cancel one subscription to avoid duplicate charges
Subscription Benefits
About free features for subscribers:
Currently, free features for subscribers (such as color adjustment, cropping, and other features that don’t consume Credits) are only available on Evoto Desktop version. This benefit is not yet available on mobile.
