What Is an Evoto Account?

An Evoto account gives you access to our secure photo editing platform. With an account, you can:

  • Log in to the Evoto app across supported devices
  • Manage your credit usage and subscription settings
  • Access cloud-based presets and settings
  • Receive updates, feature announcements, and support

How Do I Sign Up for an Account?

You can register through either the Evoto app or the Evoto website.

Registration via the App

  1. Download and install the Evoto app.
  2. Open the app and enter your email or phone number.
  3. Click “Log In / Sign Up.”
  4. Enter the verification code sent to your email or phone number.
  5. Click “Log In” to complete the process.

Registration via the Website

  1. Go to evoto.ai and click “Sign In.”
  2. Enter your email address, or select Continue with Google/Facebook.
  3. Follow the confirmation steps sent to your email.

Tips:

  • Use an email you regularly monitor.
  • Some regions may require identity validation for enhanced account security.
  • If supported, you can link your account with social logins or decentralized IDs. Refer to our Start Guide for more information.

Didn’t Receive the Confirmation Email?

If your confirmation email hasn’t arrived, try these steps:

1. Check Spam or Junk Folders

Look for emails from any of the following senders:

  • noreply@mail.evoto.ai
  • noreply@mail1.evoto.ai
  • noreply@mail2.evoto.ai
  • noreply@mail3.evoto.ai

If found, mark the email as “Not Spam” to prevent future delivery issues.

2. Add Us to Your Whitelist (Safe Sender List)

To ensure future emails land in your inbox, add the addresses above to your contacts or whitelist.

Gmail

  • Go to SettingsFilters and Blocked Addresses
  • Click Create a new filter
  • In the “From” field, enter:
    noreply@mail.evoto.ai, noreply@mail1.evoto.ai, noreply@mail2.evoto.ai, noreply@mail3.evoto.ai
  • Click Create filter
  • Check “Never send it to Spam” and finalize the filter

Outlook / Hotmail

  • Go to SettingsView all Outlook settingsMailJunk email
  • Under Safe senders and domains, add each of the Evoto addresses listed above

Yahoo Mail

  • Go to SettingsMore SettingsFilters
  • Click Add new filters
  • Set rules to move emails from the listed Evoto senders to your Inbox
