Setting Up Your Store

To begin selling, navigate to the Store tab in the left-hand panel to access the Pricing Configuration Console.

Connect Your Stripe Account

Before you can receive payments, you must link your Stripe account with Evoto Instant.

• Follow the on-screen prompts in the Store tab to complete the secure integration.

• Once connected, you can manage your payouts and view transaction details directly.

Configure Photo Pricing Models

Set your own pricing strategy to control profit margins and tailor your sales approach to different business needs. Evoto currently offers 3 photo pricing models, allowing you to flexibly monetize your galleries based on your workflow and customer preferences. This guide covers everything from store configuration to the client checkout experience.

1. Paid per Photo

• Set a fixed price per photo download.

• Price range: $0.50 – $200 USD per photo.

 

Clients Purchase Experience

We’ve designed the checkout process to be fast and friction-less for your clients.

• Selection: Clients browse the gallery and add their favorite images to the cart.

• Payment: At checkout, providing an email address is mandatory to ensure delivery.
  

• Redirection: Once payment is confirmed, Evoto Instant automatically redirects the client to a dedicated Delivery Page.
  

• Flexible Downloads: Clients can choose to download images individually or as a convenient ZIP file.

2. Free Downloads + Paid

Offer a certain number of free downloads for your photos, and charge for downloads beyond that.

• Number of Free Downloads per User: Set the number of free photos (1–999).

• Price per Additional Photo: Set the per-photo price for downloads exceeding the free quota ($0.50 – $100 USD per photo).

 

Clients Purchase Experience

Step 1: Gallery Access
Upon opening the Gallery Link, a top banner clearly displays the number of free photos available and the per-photo price for any additional downloads.

 

Step 2: Selection & Cart

Step 3: Checkout & Login

Clicking “Checkout” triggers a login prompt. Users can authenticate via Email Verification Code.

 

Step 4: Payment & Delivery
Once payment is complete, all photos are unlocked for download. The confirmation email will clearly differentiate between the Free and Paid items.

3. Paid Gallery Access

Allow users to unlock the entire gallery with a one-time payment.

• Gallery Unlock Price: Set a price between $1 – $200 USD.

 

Clients Purchase Experience

Step 1: Access & Login
Opens the Gallery Link and clicks “View Gallery,” which triggers a mandatory login prompt.
Once logged in, they are automatically redirected to the Unlock Gallery page.

 

 

 

Step 2: Purchase to Unlock
The page displays the total price and photo count for the gallery. The user simply clicks the “Unlock Gallery” button to proceed.

 

Step 3: Payment & Download
Upon successful payment, all photos are instantly available for High-Res Download. A confirmation email containing the order details and download link is sent automatically.

 

 

 

 

Currency & Tax: Transactions are currently limited to USD. Please note that all prices set are tax-inclusive.

Watermark Protection

Protect your work before it’s purchased.

• Default Setting: Previews are protected by a standard “For preview only” watermark.

• Custom Watermark: You can upload your own PNG image to replace the default.

  • Note: Detailed adjustments for watermark size, spacing, or opacity are not available at this time.

File Delivery & Access

• Packaging Time: Small orders are usually ready within seconds. Larger orders may take a moment to process.

• Email Notification: Once the files are ready, the client receives an automated email containing:

  • A secure delivery link.

  • A 4-digit Extraction Code required to access and download the files.
    

• Preview Status: In the gallery view, purchased images will still show a watermark for security, but the downloaded files will be high-resolution and watermark-free.
  

Notes:

• File Retention: Purchased files are stored and available for download for 7 days after the order is completed.
• Project Deletion: If you delete a project or specific images from your management page, they will also be removed from the client’s gallery and delivery access.

Manage Your Earnings 

• For a limited time, enjoy 0% platform commission. Additionally, we are covering the standard payment processing fees, ensuring you keep the maximum amount from every sale.

  • Availability: Currently, the payment system is available exclusively to U.S.-based photographers.

Withdrawing Funds

Click Withdraw in your dashboard to access your Stripe payout portal. You can choose your preferred payout schedule:

• Standard Payout (2–7 business days): FREE

• Instant Payout: 1% fee (applied by Stripe)

Tracking Your Sales Performance —— Analytics

You can monitor your sales performance in the Analytics section:

• Total Sales: Combined revenue from all sources.
• Total Orders: All transactions.
• Average Order Value (AOV): Understand your clients’ average spending habits.

Revenue Breakdown by Source: View how much revenue comes from each sales type.
