Evoto offers annual subscription plans that are ideal for consistent, high-volume users. These plans provide a lower cost per credit, rollover benefits, and exclusive access to Add-on Packs.

Annual Subscription Tiers

Evoto offers five annual subscription tiers, each providing a set number of credits and additional benefits:

• Starter Plan: 800 credits/year
• Basic Plan: 1,600 credits/year
• Basic Plus Plan: 3,600 credits/year
• Standard Plan: 9,000 credits/year
• Standard Plus Plan: 24,000 credits/year

Credit Management

Credit Rollover Feature

When you renew your annual subscription, any unused credits from the previous year will roll over to the next year.

• You can roll over up to 5x the number of credits in your current plan.
• Rolled-over credits remain valid as long as your subscription is active.

Example:

• On the Basic Plus plan (3,600 credits/year), your rollover limit is 18,000 credits (3,600 × 5).

Add-on Packs

An Add-on Pack is an optional credit bundle you can purchase during your subscription term without changing your plan.

• Add-on Packs are available at a lower per-credit rate than Pay-as-You-Go credits.
• The pricing is based on your current subscription tier.
• There is no limit on how many times you can purchase them.

How to Check the Add-on Pack Price:

1. Log in at evoto.ai.
2. Go to the Pricing Page.
3. Click Add-on Pack to view the available options for your plan.

Credit Expiration and Renewal

• Do credits expire? Annual subscription credits roll over if you renew your plan on time and do not expire. Pay-as-you-go credits, however, are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
• Renewal Reminder: Evoto will send you a renewal reminder before your annual subscription is set to renew, giving you time to review, update, or cancel your plan as needed.
• Renewal Payment: You will be billed once per year on the anniversary date of your original purchase.
• What if I don’t renew on time? You have a 30-day grace period after your subscription ends. If you renew during this period, your rollover credits remain valid. If you do not renew on time, all remaining credits, including rollover credits, will expire and be permanently invalidated.

Managing Your Subscription

Subscription Downgrades

You can request to downgrade your plan at any time. The change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Example:

• You’re on the Basic Plus plan (3,600 credits/year) and request a downgrade to the Starter plan (800 credits/year).
• Your rollover limit for the new plan becomes 4,000 credits (800 × 5).
• If you have 5,000 credits when the new plan starts, 1,000 credits will be forfeited.
• The new plan activates on your next billing date. All available credits will remain in your account until the new plan starts.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

1. Log in to your Evoto account.
2. Go to My Account → Billing & Usage.
3. Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.

Note: Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, any remaining credits will expire and cannot be used. There are no refunds for early cancellations.
